I will never go anywhere else for my waxing.  I met with Joann because I was very nervous about having a brazilian and I have to say, she immediately put me at ease.  She showed me the waxes she uses (2 different kinds) for comfort!  My brazilian was quick, not too painful, and best of all, she chatted the whole time which took my mind off the service.  The studio is very clean and cute and the service outstanding.

Joann and Jolie are absolute ANGELS!!!! These two amazing ladies graciously donatedtheir time to Juan Diego High School Graduates
last weekend.  They went into lock down with 200 students and managed to not only survive but to come out with rave reviews.  They worked on dozens of students (guys and gals alike) and every single one of them wasecstatic with the results.  I too managed to get my brows waxed (for the first time ever) and felt like I had just had an eye lift after
they finished up.  No redness, swelling or pain. WOW!!! these two definitely put the Master in master esthetician!!!!!

Jolie has been my Aesthetician for  over 3 years and my skin has never looked  better in my adult life.  In that 3 years her services and work ethics have instilled in me complete confidence.  She took the time to research which products would be  best for my sensitive Irish skin and my reds have been significantly reduced.   Regular Multi-Vitamin Facials have left my 42 year old skin smoother and I have  a more youthful appearance.  She is extremely cautious and test the back  of your hands with products to make sureno negative effects will occur.  Her cleanliness and absolute professionalismhave kept me a return customer.

If you're embarking on your first Brazilianadventure or if this spa treatment is a oncea month ritual, you need to see myEsthetician Jolie (Jo).  She is great at making you feel comfortable by providing a beautiful, clean and relaxing atmosphere.  She is also a great conversationalist which
 helps to take your mind of the Brazilian procedure.  I won't lie, it is painful the
irst time but Jolie is skilled at makingthe pain minimal.  In the end, I guarantee
the results will keep you coming back and if you keep it up once a month it is
hardly painful at all.

Joann is amazing!  I was nervous about my first brazilian wax but Joann made me feel so comfortable & she was so much fun to be around.  I just had my second wax & I am now a lifer.  See Joann for your next wax, you won't regret it.

I have to say that I think Joann is an amazing waxer.  I have had some badexperiences with brazilians in the past, so she was very patient and professional with my anxiety.  I can't believe what an amazing job she did.  She made it virtually pain free which floored me because in the past I had thought it was too painful to be worth it. She is very flexible and I will never go anywhere else.
