On the first page of our site it states that duplication is prohibited!  We mean this.  Recently, we came across a new salon's website who's owner didn't take us seriously and cut and paste from our site.

A letter from our attorney was sent out within 24 hours informing the Salon that we took serious offense to this breach of copyright and would act in accordance within our rights to protect our work!  They saw the error in their ways and did their "Own" work rather than copy from ours.
